“I will admit that I was nervous to have my surgery with Dr. Masse after reading some reviews. I was referred to him after my wisdom tooth caused an infection, and my dentist recommended removing all four of my wisdom teeth. After having my consultation and surgery, I found Dr. Masse quite pleasant. Itvwas refreshing to see how succinct he was with the information you need, and it put me at ease. I never once was he arrogant, instead he was quite sympathetic to the pain I was in. He gave me multiple opportunities to ask questions, and even apologized for having to reschedule my initial surgery date last minute due to a staff emergency. All in all, Dr. Masse is confident, empathetic, and concise, and I appreciate the level of professionalism he keeps.”

They painted my whole house, and made it beautiful, they turned an ordinary bathroom into a luxurious spa, and placed vinyl flooring and trim work remarkably. Bruce and his team are very respectable, pay attention to detail, and clean up after themselves, they work very hard and fast. You will love them in your home( they felt like family) they were entertaining and fun, and made a chaotic situation very pleasurable. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything done!! “We had had a lot of trouble getting companies to come out to our town and help us evict the squatters in our new home. Finally, we found ProTrap and they did a really fantastic job getting all the critters out without injuring any of them. We had 2 colonies of bats, squirrels, chipmunks and a few mice (and apparently a rat that we had no knowledge of). ProTrap were thorough, they worked with the natures of the critters to determine their cause of action, they were amazingly informative talking to us the entire time they were on our site, they were focused, hard-working, thorough, tidy and thorough. We are extremely pleased with their work and will definitely call them or refer them in the future.”

Drafty by the front windows and door. This place can get packed, once it gets packed everything slows down, however if your not in a hurry, who cares.
