“AMAZING! From the first time I met Patrick over a year ago for a quick repair to just this month getting my roof installed I have had nothing but amazing interactions! Patrick has come out as soon as I needed him to and has always made it clear that if I needed anything to simply call. After their incredible work this week with cleanliness, professionalism, sufficient time and quality, I had a leak from my old skylight and he was their in a heart beat. I can’t tell you level of care I feel from not just Patrick but I know his entire team. I HIGHLY recommend them for any roof job you need done!!”

“replying to the post by Trevor Mulder. I know the story of this incident and it is not as he has been explained. Yes, the wrong size was ordered and it was not realized by his family member until it was partially or completely on. Interesting, since he was installing it himself. He was offered a full refund by returning the siding. He refused to removed the siding, but instead insisted on a full refund. He was offered a 5% refund on his siding order of 600$, but refused that as well. The owner of the store even went to his house to see. He continues to state there was no compensation or acknowledgement of responsibility for a wrong order, which is incorrect. He continued to return demanding a full refund and it was repeatedly stated he could have one, if he returned the siding. He had purchased other items at the store as well.”

My sister might have something seriously wrong and I would have left work early if I knew that they weren't open late. Time is important, but not ER important... Especially because everything is going on lockdown because of the pandemic. Management obviously fell through updating Google and the walk in clinic on the other side. Bad show.”

“I always have great experiences here. Staff is always super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and honest. When I accidentally overpaid for my items and left the store, I was immediately contacted that evening and asked to review my receipt. Because of the staff’s diligence with reviewing purchases when closing the till at night, this error was caught. I received my money back promptly AND they were beyond sweet to surprise me with a gift certificate on top of that, (which was not necessary, but so appreciated!). I am truly grateful and thankful to you Dawn especially, but also all the staff and owners at this Pure Nature store.”
