I remembered this place when I first moved to Niagara. I even ( mistakenly) showed them the quote. Turns out it was a simple fix and $200 later my car was as good as before and lasted years before I sold it. Late review but stumbled across this and had to post. “As soon as I walked through the door, I was met by a technician named Trudy, who was diligently cleaning and very helpful. She brought me directly to the office and proceeded to check me in. While I was waiting for a short time, Trudy dealt with a woman who was being quite rude and yelling at the lady’s behind the counter. Trudy dealt with her with a calm demeanour and completely diffused the situation, whilst helping the woman solve her issue. Trudy has such a wonderful personality and made me feel very comfortable while I was getting my blood test. I have had my blood tested quite a few times and with Trudy, I didn’t even feel a pinch. I definitely recommend this location!”

“Very fast "in and out" oil change center. Full synthetic oil change will run you $120 and conventional is around $70. The only issue I have is that when you receive your bill there some things on there that were indicated as "checked" such as belts and whatnot and there's no way they completed that checklist in the 20 minutes I was in there. I'd recommend if you need an oil change done and you cannot get into your mechanic but if you have a garage you go to stick to them.”
