Sozai & Monja Sato

It was my first visit as it was recommended by a friend and family.
I was impressed by the idea and deliciousness of the menu that overturned the concept of monjayaki while making use of the monjayaki format.
On this day, I ordered the daily menu of squid ink and perko tantan, and I was very satisfied with both. Snacks other than monja are also delicious, and sake goes well.

Also, I visited with my friend's child, but the store is kind to children, such as selling toys, and the store clerk was kind to me, so I thought it was a store where children could enjoy with peace of mind.

The recommended monja on the attached sheet is expensive! I thought, but the store clerk will bake hard and the satisfaction is high.
Baka seaweed cheese butter is interesting from the moment you watch it being baked, and the combination of seaweed and cheese is good and the taste is satisfying.
Seasoned with downtown monja, it feels relieved with Worcestershire.
The red Yentafor Monja seems to be hard work for the staff to make.
Crushed almonds, lemon, cilantro, and nam pla, this was also interesting with a Thai-style mysterious monja.
