I had a procedure yesterday.
Great staff. Specially KIM, and RN. Raziel.

Nobody looks forward to surgery. I will tell you the truth I was a little nervous.
So when Raziel took me to Preop. She was so nice, professional, knowledgeable and put me right at ease. She was so funny and prepped me for my Hernia surgery. It was a very good experience.
From the beginning when Cindi called me to check me in. She help me from A-to-Z. We filled out the app over the phone. Tell me what I would expect, and when to be there. Everything went as agreed.

The surgeon Dr. Roer Was amazing. She answered all my questions. Professionally and On point.
I tried to get her to do a little bit of liposuction in that area. She said gets asked that a lot. And it’s always the same answer sorry but no.

Dr. Malone and his staff are phenomenal. Dr. Malone literally saved my life from a lifetime of ear issues to not having any problems at ALL, staff is so patient. And his nurse assistant Stephanie is a rockstar, she made everything happen for me and was there for any and all my post op needs. David that works at the front desk is very friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend this office and staff to anyone with their ear needs and otherwise. 5 stars all the way. Lindsay riester

Had two surgeries performed here on the same day, both went well. Happily, two years later, no issues. Surgery is their specialty, they do this every day; I found them prepared, their nurses accommodating and kind, their accommodations comfortable. They kept my wife informed during the surgeries. And, Medicare paid the bill. I never got this type of care from Mease Countryside hospital.
