I cannot say enough about Angel at the Extra Space Storage on Primrose in Orlando! My entire experience was first rate thanks to him. He put me at ease and patiently answered all of my questions when my family needed to move last minute and was very understanding & helpful when we sent movers to collect our belongings. He even helped coordinate with the movers when I couldn't be there in person. If you are thinking about going somewhere else, DON'T! You don't get customer service like this often. The facilities were clean, secure, and safe. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

I had a great experience with getting a storage unit. The manager Angel was friendly and helpful. He showed me some units and discussed pros and cons. The grounds are clean and high quality. I feel safe going there to use the storage unit. I am very happy to be using Extra Space Storage.

We are giving this location a 5 star simply based on a tour and the gentleman, Angel, who manages it! Angel managed Orlando’s University Blvd. location when we rented multiple units a couple of years ago. It was secure, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. However, what made our stay there longer than planned was our sense of security for our things, under Angel’s management. Even during two hurricanes, Angel provided a sense of calm, in uncertainty. We eventually moved out, but needed to rent another unit, and returned to University Boulevard, only to find Angel had moved locations. We found him at this location, and seriously considered renting from here /just/ based on former experience of his management skills, and if it weren’t for the fact that it was much farther from our home, we would have signed a rental agreement on the spot. We arrived at this very conveniently placed location and found it to be very clean, accessible, and secure for our personal belongings. And talk about space! We had not seen drive up to, and covered units this size before! If you secure a unit here, we believe you will be very pleased with the convenient set up, and management you desire. Angel is professional, compassionate, accommodating, helpful, and has answers to your questions. He is the /Extra/ in Extra Space Storage. Thank you Extra Space Storage for instilling in your employees, the importance of client service. We have found this to be your standard at multiple locations so far, and truly is the reason why we, as renters, keep returning.

The place was very clean. It had equipment to help me take my stuff up and down the elevator. And your guest services was very well informed. I would recommend anybody to go down there.

I have been very impressed thus far with this company. Rachel at the 888 call center was super nice and explained everything because I have never rented storage. Angel, the site manager, called right away after I made my reservation and guided me through the process to complete the lease agreement. He met me outside my car when I got there just like he said he would. The premises are impeccably clean.
