Awesome, cozy spot a minute walk from the beach (and surf). Plethora of amenities in Las Gaviotas, friendly staff, and the host is top notch!

Absolutely love Las Gaviotas. Antoinette at Las Gaviotas Rentals took great care of us. She helped us throughout all stages of planning our family trip. She always responded in a timely manner to our many many questions and concerns.

We will be visiting next week (Aug 4-8th). So far we have had such a great experience. Mark has made everything so easy for us. From the reservations to the catering services. Can’t wait to get there and enjoy our getaway. My sister in law visited the 4th of July and she had the best time and experience. Thank you Mark for accommodating our requests!

Point Break Villa is a beautiful and clean home. It is very spacious and comfortable. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. Highly recommended to stay here! We had so much fun. It was absolutely stunning & I would love to come back!

Awesome home! Spacious, immaculate, and very well maintained all located steps from a beautiful private beach! Comfy beds, lots of amenities inside and outside the house. Mark and Antoinette are very responsive and go the extra mile (they even created a handy app) to ensure their guests have full details from what to bring, driving directions, things to do, local hotspots and even real time boarder crossing wait times! Great house, great hosts, great surf, great location! We’ll definitely be back soon!
