Safelite AutoGlass in Redwood City did a wonderful job replacing my windshield.They were friendly and efficient. And Kendrick who helped install the window cleaned the inside of my car where there was some broken glass so well and thoroughly that it looked brand new. I was so happy when I saw my car!! Thank you SAFELITE AutoGlass and Kendrick!!!!

This SAFELITE location did an outstanding job on our windshield replacement. We had a follow up call from Ryan before our appointment, making sure we were all set up and ready to go.

I would encourage anyone getting their windshield done to have an appointment and get there 30 minutes before to check in. Sometimes they can get real busy, but the technicians are good at what they do and ery efficient.
1 place did not properly seal it. We bought the car used and had no idea it had been replaced before. Now we can have peace of mind that it's been installed with care and professionalism by Kendrick and Safelite Redwood City.

This Safelite is great. The front desk folks and the technicians are super friendly and they seem to enjoy their jobs. I've had a windshield replacement and a chip repaired here and they both came out really well. They worked directly with my insurance to handle the payments and it was very easy to deal with. Super satisfied!

The two folks in the front office (Ryan and Leslie, I think?) were very kind and helpful. It was a hot day and Ryan offered me water. Leslie explained to me in detail what was going on with my car and helped me to communicate with another repair shop that I had to deal with. I saw them treat multiple customers who called or came into the shop with the same friendly and can-do approach. The techs were also polite and explained to me what they were seeing on the car. I’ve been to two safelite locations and both were uncommonly good customer service experiences. I really appreciate it!

Muy buena porción y el precio está muy bien en relación a la calidad y sabor. La hamburguesa de pollo estaba crunchy y rica.

In short, cakes are the specialty of this place. The burgers are delicious but the cakes are more delicious.
I do not recommend hot dogs, they are not his strong suit.
One good thing about it is that they offer nachos cheese to put on a cake, hamburger or Hot dog (something that is rarely seen in other places).
It is a good option for the students of the Technological University of Tijuana that is crossing the street because the prices are accessible and on Thursdays they have a promotion in the cakes.
You can eat inside the place and you can also order take away. They have home delivery available.
As for prevention against covid-19, they do not take the temperature before entering, they do not put antibacterial gel or anything. I think that is very important and they are failing in that regard.
I give them four stars because the food is delicious but they lack a little more hygiene in the place.
