    Great coffee spot! My kids do gymnastics next door and I'm happy that there is a place I can grab a good cup of coffee and food when I'm here. They have good wifi as well which is a bonus as I need to work remotely often and can plug in here. The ambiance and staff are friendly and the place is very inviting and comfortable for lounging. I definitely recommend this spot. Try the croissant breakfast sandwich. 👌🏼

    We have been here a couple times in the past month and this place has been excellent every time. Food and drinks are tasty, prices are right and service is excellent. We recommend this to everyone without reservation. Thank you!

    Location is very nicely furnished. Perfect to grab a coffee to go or sit and have a meal and get some work done.

    Food was delicious, coffee was even better. Great place to stop in if you are in the area.

    Very friendly staff offering great service and excellent food. Reliable Wi-fi access as well. Did not accept card (only cash), but meal was reasonably priced. We ate at the table top by the window and enjoyed our lunch at K40 Cafe. Thank you!

    Wonderful cozy place to hangout with Wonderful service and yummy panini sandwich which you never forget the taste, some one recommended me to try their pastries and I am glad I did, wow so good🎂definitely be back and I highly recommend this place 😀 😋 😊
