Shout out to coaches: Lays, Jene, Hunter, and Kelly! They're all really nice people that truly want to help you achieve your fitness goals. Also their music is pretty dank. :)

(September 21, 2021, 1:48 pm)I’ve joined since they reopened spring 2021 and I hadn’t realized how much I missed the gym! Orange theory is a hell of a workout and the best part is you get and out in an hour with a workout that’s tested every muscle. Staff and coaches are all fantastic at this location. I enjoy going every single day, huge mood booster and you are exhausted after but feel great!

Was ready to go back to the home equipment bought during quarantine but here we are, going back every month. Pricey but worth the investment on your health. They have some promotion or fun activities and benchmarks every month so you can see your progress and it keeps you engaged!
