  Muy mal servicio, tenía reservación ya pagada para una camioneta de 7 pasajeros a las 8 am, llegue y la chava de mostrador me dijo que no tenía camioneta para darme. Estuve esperando media hora, le dije que me diera otra similar, tenían Suburban pero que me iba a costar más caro? Por qué habría yo de cubrir la diferencia en el costo de la renta si fueron ellos quienes no respetaron mi reservación a pesar de que ya estaba pagada ? Por fin encontraron una sienna y esa fue la que me dieron pero estaba sucia, me tuve que esperar a que la lavaran. Que mal servicio la verdad! Mi carro debería de estar listo desde las 8 am que yo llegue! Para eso son las reservaciones. Quede decepcionado de esta compañía.
