The only reason I didn’t give this location 5 stars is because of the front staff. When I was being checked out the lobby was full of wafers because they were having a staff meeting, which of course doesn’t bother me one bit. But there was a girl at the front in all black that literally yelled at all the girls in the lobby twice to be quiet. They weren’t loud at all or needed to be talked to like that especially in front of a guest. This is now the second time I have experienced the front desk girls being very rude

I went to the LORETO-MULEGE tour THIS YEAR among others ... and it was an experience that I will definitely repeat again ... also highly recommended for those of us who take children ... they are great guys. The transfer and the hotels were welcoming and the beaches we visited wow !! see you soon COPERNICO TOURS. !!
