Within a few days he had my truck running in top shape, and gave me a warranty with his assuarance that if anything went wrong, he could take care of me in the US, as well. I appreciate his knowledge in transmission repair, and his awesome customer service.
He has multiple transmission technician certifications from California, and he took care of us in Spanish and English.
