  Fantastic service and knowledge of issues. I would say the biggest quality attribute is that these folks listened to my needs. They have the knowledge, care and diligence in these situations and I would not trust anyone else. They have earned by business from now on. Andrew, Reggie and Brian were professional and answered all my questions from start to finish. Great job guys.

  We had a leak in the bathroom that effected the hallway wooden floor and baseboards. They came out quickly to survey the damage and gave us a plan to dry things out and fix the damage. They placed several blowers that ran for days and came to check on them daily. They are very professional and responsive. Everything is back to normal now. We could not be happier.

  Bella is the best! I had such a phenomenal experience. I was so worried about my recovery as I had a bbl but they made it a breeze! They took care of me with everything I needed and I was able to recover with ease. Ana is a sweetheart and the nurses, caretakers and cooks were so hospitable. It’s in a beautiful part of Tijuana both me and my family were amazed at how safe and vacation like it felt. The cooking was also superb for many reasons: They would cook at my request, and had very healthy ingredients. Usually I’m very picky because most places don’t provide a balanced meal but they provided a perfect portion of lean protein, fiber/complex carbs and healthy fats that are CRITICAL for surgery recovery. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future recovery and I’ve already referred them to family interested in TJ surgery.

  I Feel like I was meant to be here for recovery. with all of these exact ladies for caregivers. One of the hardest things for me as a nurse is to be a patient. I felt relaxed enough for these ladies to care for me and i actually listened. My original reservations was with Cocoon Recovery House, they botched up my reservations. Ana had an opening and took us at the same rate. All i can say is at first i was not to happy as i am a person that plans ahead and doesnt like change much. after all i Drove from Arizona i was tired and anxious. The house was beautiful clean and cold. lol as you know i'm cold all the time. The care from Cynthia Carolina and the remaining ladies were exceptional. I'm sorry i do not remember all of the ladies names but i have not one single complaint. Ana went above and beyond walking me into the doctors office and making sure i got checked in and made sure i Made it back. I highly recommend the stay @ Bella. I guarantee you will not be sorry.   I stayed a Bella Recovery House for a week and I can say it was the best decision ever. The girls Lupita, Selene, Caro and Ana are awesome! They cared about me, they treated me like a queen, the food is beyond delicious and very healthy. Ana drove me to my doctors' appointment and she booked my massages with Joanna. Bella's has the best staff. The neighborhood is very secure and nice in Tijuana. You will not regret staying at Bella Recovery.

  You will NOT be disappointed staying at Bella. The care you receive is top notch! The food was beyond fantastic, the love and care you receive is phenomenal. I felt at home with everyone and so safe and at ease about my care! I HIGHLY recommend Bella, you won’t regret staying here!!! ❤️
