I have been wearing hearing aids for many years now. I can’t say enough GOOD about Joel. And his receptionist. The facility is new, clean, and just makes you feel warm and happy. They go out of their way to take care of your needs. Miracle Ear Is a great product

I am deaf in my left ear and 50% in my right ear Joel made it so i could hear from my left to my right. I had been like that for 20 years now i can hear it all. My wife likes it because the tv is not so loud the neighbors can hear it.People donot have to yell at me and i am not saying what did you say all the time.I have been back several times and Joel has fixed them every time. the new office in monroe is very nice and the location great.It is comforting to talk to somebody who knows what i was experiencing.I think miracle-ear and myself are very lucky to have some one of that caliber working for and with people.

I have been wearing aids in both ears for 6 years due to 20 years in the Air Force working aircraft engines. The VA was no help. They kept denying.
Referred to an off base specialist. That individual was more interested in hospital work than individual service.
Went to Miracle Ear in 2015 for new aids.
Met Joel Gross there. I bought aids and their insurance plan (Ambassidore Club).
I have had an appointment for check up every 4 months at no cost. The first set of aids from the first Audiologist I had to wait weeks to be seen.
Joel Gross always takes me in for a correction, on the spot.
This service is 2nd to none. They are the very best you could hope for.
