“I had what might be the very best customer service ever during my visit to the store tonight!!! David and John were both working. David worked with me for over an hour going over different items and different ways of managing my service to get me the absolute best deals possible. He was very competent and friendly. He even noticed in my account that I had the older model wifi router and got me set up with the most recent model. (I am quite happy with T-mobile wifi by the way). John was also helpful as I had a few questions that required a little extra effort to find out the answers. I was grateful no one was in line behind me but I have no doubt even if there had been that David would have still given the same time and effort without making me feel rushed. I will certainly return to this location in the future for any of my T-Mobile needs!!! I highly recommend you make them your store of choice too!”

The Dolllar general on Demorest Rd is tidy for the most part and and pretty clean compared to back in the day. However, some of their employees are rude and that has happened a few times. “This place is the best place to get a good mattress at a good price. I had bought a mattress on marketplace and I could not sleep so finally after about a month I decided to come here and get me a good mattress so I could finally get some quality sleep. I got the cool gel mattress and I do not regret it. My mattress came with the boxes included but the thing only lasted a couple of months before it started squeaking so much I had to go down and ask them to replace it since they give you a year of warranty. They took months to deliver my replacement but finally they did. Oh and they never answer their phones so you might want to just give them a visit in person”
