Honest review. The place is beautiful and clean for the most part. The room was clean but woke up with white lady hair wrapped around my leg. Nasty as heck. The pillow sucked i had to go buy my own the next day so i give the bed a 3 out of 10. I loved the decor. It was a cute and quiet place. The staff was great. The location was perfect 4 minutes from mostly everything good.

Let's be honest...it's basic. That being said, it was convenient to where I needed to be. The price was right for my extended stay. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee was hot and always ready!! My only complaint was the breakfast. I needed to grab a snack and get out the door. Some sort of breakfast pastry wouldv'e been appreciated as a choice.

We were In Town visiting family. When booking I chose this hotel because of the rating and convenience to where my family lived.
The location was in a good area parking was a different "beast". Although when I booked through a third party we assumed parking was free.
And it was not instead it was $25.00 per night. The front desk staff when we checked in were not accommodating regarding this parking fee. Nor did they explain we could actually enter and exit the Parking Deck for a lesser amount. One of the hotel staff wasn't so friendly and welcoming. However the appearance of the lobby was very modern, sleek, bright, and inviting.
The housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly.
The room was very modern, clean, felt like home and roomy.
The view was typical for inner city Baltimore.
But beautiful view of sunrise and sunset.
The breakfast was good as well great variety.
When we visit in the near future I do believe we would try this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay here. My coworkers and I roomed here while on a work trip and it was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was standard, and the employees were very welcoming. We also enjoyed the location and being able to walk to nearby restaurants. The parking garage next door was nice too. Plenty of space and only $10 for two days. I would recommend this hotel for short stays in Baltimore.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending. I had no idea it was in such a bad area, if the room wasn't already paid for I would have went somewhere else. The front desk lady was nice, but she couldn't be bothered to take her earphone out of her ear and pause her phone she was watching the whole time which was super unprofessional, the taxi driver told me to be careful and not to go out alone because of how bad the area was, and how many people they allow to be there that aren't staying at the hotel.
They do have a fantastic breakfast though I will have to give that to them, they had bacon, all kinds of cereals, omelettes, pancakes, bagels, all kinds of drinks and coffees, it was really good. The room also appeared clean and sanitized, I loved the shower it was so big and wonderful to use after flying all day. Just wish the employees cared a lot more about their customer service.
