They have good service

I am a person who continually goes to that oxxo to make withdrawals and deposits. Today I had a bad experience with one of the cashiers who attend. I went to collect 700 pesos and he said he only had 600, to which I replied that he would wait for me for a while because he needed that amount. I sat in one or the banks to wait, people kept coming, I approached again and I yelled that I didn't have the money and grabbed some penguins from my little girl who was going to pay and threw them aside. I retired to wait again and after a while I go back to him and he replies that the machine had already closed. I replied that I had already been waiting for a while because he didn't tell me and he answered that if I didn't like that I went to the bank.
They are supposed to be there to provide a service and we are paying for it. They are not doing it for free. They should select people who are capable of attending to the people we go to because of a need.
