I rate the professionalism from Sarah and Abbie as a 10 out of 10! They helped me transition to my new apartment by assisting me with concerns and the completion of necessary move-in tasks even when I called multiple times! I appreciate these ladies more than they will ever know! I am quite happy with my apartment and the entire move-in process. Many, many thanks to Sarah, Abbie and the rest of the Lincoln Villas on Memorial Staff!

Lincoln Villas is easily the nicest apartment complex I have had the pleasure of moving into. The staff always goes the extra mile to address any concerns you bring their way; Abbi has to be the nicest staff member I've ever met at an apartment complex. The move-in process was completely seem-less, and our unit was spotless upon our arrival. My girlfriend and I never thought we could live in such a nice, quiet place at such an affordable price. The community here is fantastic as well. I plan on renewing my lease many, many times. I've found home.

Pretty good apartment. No security though

First apartment, lived on Villas side. Nothing really much to say. The villas side is definitely the better side. Higher average age, less people. Parking can be a pain especially on the Lincoln side. But there was enough parking. Pretty well maintained yards. Staff was friendly and maintenance was decent. Pools and gyms were nice, but minimal and overcrowded if very little people were there. Never heard my wall/floor neighbors. Unsure if they even lived there tbh. But great location right near all the shopping stores you could need. Never was concerned for my safety, but if you generally are, don't go here. There were once gates but they took them down, they said that there was a patrol, saw them maybe once. No cameras. Anybody can just walk in. So keep that in mind. But other than that major flaw, pretty decent living experience

I recently moved into this wonderful apartment community, and Sarah has gone way above and beyond to help me during the move-in process, as well as address any concerns and questions that I had. She has a wonderful personality and is always willing to help!

Also kudos to both Lani and Abbi, who were also very helpful in answering my questions both in-person and on the phone! No matter how busy they are, they would always get back to me right away!

Wonderful complex! We have been living here since October 2022 and we’ve loved our experience so far. The office staff is so helpful and friendly, the grounds are beautiful, the area is so nice, and every maintenance request has been completed so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!!
