    The cashier was helpful & patient when my email coupons disappearred. She helped me get it back and noticed I had another that might apply too! $1.02 isn't that big a deal, but the kindness was.

    Wish that the store was more clearly labeled but the employees were absolutely lovely.

    They have great sales. The staff is great...and I had to edit my previous review. During the craziness of the pandemic we made 1,000s of masks. Don (the manager) and his staff went above and beyond getting me everything I needed. Everyone has a bad day and artists/crafters/makers are a demanding lot.

    Colonia Joann's has my customer loyalty for all my fabric and sewing needs!

    I'm giving 5 stars because the customer service was outstanding. I called to check on a product and the young man who answered was nice & helpful. He also stated, "I hope to see you soon," so why wouldn't I chose to drive the extra 10 minutes to get there?
