My experience here was wonderful. I'd like to start off with how the employees take you to see your vehicle and explain what needs to be fixed by physically showing you. They educate and don't try to scam you into getting work that doesn't need to be done. They offer a free shuttle service which came in handy since that was my only vehicle at the moment. That itself was awesome! I highly recommend coming to Brakes plus for honest and efficient work plus incredible service!

These guys are the real deal. Called in at 1pm with no appointment for a price on new rotors and pads for my XC60 Volvo. I'd been quoted $1900 to do this job elsewhere, plus another $300 for brake fluid flush and replace.

These guys did the whole lot for $1200, including adjusting the handbrake.

Everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful! I’ve been coming here since 2019 and the team truly cares about their customers. Steven Burns, the manager, always asks how things are going and cares about building that personal relationship with you. He will walk you through any repairs needed before moving forward with them and answer any questions you have. When there’s a long wait and you’re staying in the waiting area, he’ll check on you to make sure you don’t need anything. That type of customer service is hard to find. Every interaction I've had here, they show excellent customer service and I know when I bring my car to Brakes Plus, it’s being looked at by a great service team. I highly recommend you give them a chance to look at your vehicle for any maintenance. You won’t be disappointed by the service or the experience! The team is amazing!

After a very nasty suspension failure, just outside of the Brakes Plus, Lyndon walked over to take a look at the damage. He assessed the damage and didn't hesitate to tell me that this would be an easy fix.

There aren't enough words in the world to help explain the next-level service that I received at Brakes Plus. They were able easily to fix my disaster of a truck in one day. In addition, the service was very affordable! I'm still taken back by this amazing experience. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Had a great experience here today. Brenda, Justin, and Lyndon were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They got my services done in a timely manner, and gave me reasonable quotes for upcoming maintenance on my vehicle. The location is clean and orderly, and the entire staff was very kind and friendly. They went above and beyond by explaining to my kids how things worked and even printed off coloring sheets for them to keep them entertained. Would highly recommend!
