I have not had any neurological problems and it has greatly helped my diabetes. “Beautiful slightly moderate hike. Lot of potholes on the way. Hike is a bit rocky with lot of roots in between. Couple of places i had to use hands to navigate the terrain. Some bugs. Not much views till u get to the lake. the loop around lake is breathtaking. My 10 yo enjoyed this hike. You should try it, will u? Does require NW forest pass. U can pay in the tube outside vault toilet. Or if u have America the Beautiful pass its included NW forest .”
