In general, the food was great. We loved everything except for the main dishes (duck and pigeon) Although some restaurants were able to make us enjoy pigeon and duck dishes, this restaurant was not one of them. The bread is incredibly delicious… we couldn’t stop taking bread.

Wonderful dining experience with my wife and mother at Spectrum last night. The food was wonderful and the staff took such good care of us. My wife had the vegetarian menu which was stunning. Will definitely go back!

Spectrum is fine dining at its best. Nestled inside Waldorf Astoria, the ambiance is perfect, the service, knowledge of the staff, and, of course, the complex favors of the food make it a perfect experience. I highly recommend the wine pairing!

Wonderful Restaurant! We had the luck to visit it one day before the lockdown has started and it was extraordinary! We felt very welcome. The service and the dishes were excellent. Nice restaurant concept with some nice surprises. Also the selection of non-alcoholic beverages was good! Additionally the service quality was very high and it fits very well to the high Standards of Waldorf Astoria!
