The store located at the Leidse straat in Amsterdam. The man on the second floor was a very kind man. He has a lot of knowledge. Really appreciated the advices he gave me. Well done! Very useful.

Talk about customer service!! 5 stars more than well deserved! I have just visited this store for a watch resizing. Not only was I helped and fast, but while waiting, I was greeted by two super friendly staff members. One of them even gave me a bottle of water and chatted with me a bit while I was waiting (without trying to sell me stuff). What a pleasant experience! If I weren't an online shopper, I'd be gladly coming back here!
