Beginning this month we send an email about buying US dollars at your office on the Damrak and a few days later we collect the dollars there. The lady of your staff took all the time and helped us very correctly and service minded. The rate used was very clear communicated on line as well at the office without any hidden/additional costs and much more favourable compared with the competitors. In future cases I would use Pott Change services again and I can recommend this company fully. Thank you again for the good and well priced services.

The rate is best from what I’ve seen and the friendly employees. One small thing though: Couple of the 100 CZK banknotes I bought were outdated. It caused me a small anxiety but thankfully I was able to change them in Prague. Be aware^^

Very easy to sort the currency - I ordered in advance and all communication was quick, friendly, clear and concise.
When I went to collect it, that was very easy - again, super friendly staff. Highly recommend!
