Fine French style cuisine with refined Dutch ingredients. A crevette bisque with a barquette including moules and écrevisse and foie gras de canard poêlé with little candied onions and small peas. Fabulous flavors. Reserved, tasteful, not-in-a-hurry setting, kind staff and the chef is engaging.

We got SO LUCKY getting a last-minute reservation here. This restaurant is incredible. The menu is unique and varied and local and we loved everything. We started with the frites. I thought the addition of hollandaise sauce would make them mushy but the frites stayed crispy and super tasty. The escargot were very good. Highly recommended! The sea bream was perfectly cooked and the brisket melted in my mouth. The desserts were tasty too. We had the curd & fruit & apple pie! This place gets 5+ stars easily. I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in amsterdam.

The food here is mouthwatering. I could truly taste the care and attention they put in cooking. The service is fast and very friendly. Cozy environment by the window and plenty of room to be comfortable. 10/10 would recommend

High quality food in an area filled with touristy average food. The seafood was delicious. We booked a reservation but on this evening didn't need to as it was slow. Still, I'd recommend reserving a table. Happy we chose this place.
