  Just dropped in for a heavybag session. Great hospitality and great training! Clear instructions, good trainers and great gym etiquette, clean and new equipment. Can absolutely recommend 👊🏽💪🏾🥊

  After more than a year, I can say that I'm grateful for this gym. I started as a complete beginner and with time improved my conditioning and technique. I mainly trained with Leroy, Jerome and Regian who truly have an eye for detail, give feedback on how to improve your movements and most importantly have a passion for martial arts.
  
  Other important points: this is a gym for everyone who wants to learn and people always feel welcome. The gym is clean, has dressing rooms, a shower, a toilet and solid equipment. The place is relatively small. Even though not low, the prices are fair compared to other gyms that do not have all the previously mentioned advantages. Check the instagram page for an idea of how it looks.
  
  If you're beginning, I recommend you book a trial lesson, show up and talk to the coach before the session begins and they will get you up and running.

  I’ve been training here for 8 months, have never thought of going to another gym! No matter your kickboxing level, you will have a good time here. Nice and helpful trainers, clean and good quality equipment, can only recommend! ;)
