Tula Yoga Amsterdam

Tula Westerpark has a great atmosphere, it is personal, clean, spacious enough, a variety of lessons and all teachers have an amazing energy. There is no pressure to perform, just to 'be', but also down to earth enough.

I really enjoy my Yoga lessons at Tula's! It's a cozy studio, located just outside Westerpark.
My teacher, Samantha, keeps a very good flow while managing to properly guide me through each pose.
I am a sportive person, but a newbie to Yoga. She is teaching me to feel my body differently and to improve the way I move and exercise, and not only practicing Yoga. With her classes, I feel I am developing a deeper knowledge and consciousness of my own body.
And, above all, I am integrating those teachings, not only to sports, but into my everyday life as well and I am already feeling the benefits. I can't wait to learn more and will for sure keep on practicing here!

My favourite yoga studio in Amsterdam! The teachers are professional and creative and they all have their own style which makes every class another adventure. The environment in the studio is very down to earth and super cozy. But the main reason why Tula is my favourite studio is because the owners are the sweetest human beings! They will make you feel at home immediately and help you with whatever you want. They provide you with all the necessities you need for a nice class and serve you delicious tea afterwards!

Beautiful space, lovely people, great yoga classes, such a nice experience every time I stop by for a class. I especially enjoy the minimalistic tasteful decor, big windows, delicious after-class tea and overall zen atmosphere. My favourite yoga studio in Amsterdam.

This is the studio where I do yoga, and also where I did my teacher training. The yoga teacher training at Tula has enriched my life in surprising ways. It gave me a good basis to start teaching (yoga philosophy, asana and flows, sequencing, anatomy, etc), but besides that, the vibe at Tula is so good, it feels like a community!
