Small yoga studio with well trained teachers. It always feels personal. I’m in practice for a year now, I never seemed to last more than a few weeks at other studios but here there classes are well created. I really recommend starting your practice here.

The Yoga Spot is a haven of tranquility, safety and sanity in these troubled and socially restrictive times. I’m grateful that Covid rules are absolutely adhered to so that I have no anxiety about taking a regular break from working at home to fully experience the immediate benefits of a 75 minute session with my personally attentive and highly professional teachers. A big thank you to Margriet and Piet Jan for creating such a wonderful yoga environment.

I love it! Cosy and authentic studio with hearted owner and experienced teachers. A lot of different styles to choose. If you're fanatic you can buy 10 or 20 lessons card. Or pay for a complete year. They also have second location in Buitenveldert West. Also recommended.

A lovely spot to practice Yoga/Pilates! I was just traveling through Holland and wanted a peaceful space to practice with a group. Everyone was extremely kind and helped translate from Dutch to English. I enjoyed hearing the Dutch instructions as well! Would recommend and would come again 😃 Lahma Muiris Vinyasa was super and very invigorating for the energy I was aiming for! I wish I had time to take more classes but I will be back ❤️ Thank you!!
