Lian is a long-standing professional, knowledgeable and efficient company and has my complete trust. All employees do their utmost, the products are excellent in application and effect and the transfer of knowledge is a matter of course. I am very satisfied with Lian Chinaherb products. The quality is good, delivery is mostly the day after the order is placed and the products are effective. As a TCM therapist, I enjoy working with Lian products. I am particularly enthusiastic about the Lian Bao chicken soup, which I often recommend to my patients when they need strengthening.

In answer to the previous comment, Lian should just dispense herbs through qualified herbalists, and that's what they do. Licensure as a TCM herbalist is through a Swiss agency, and perhaps the person who contacted Lian in the other Google entry did not have the necessary qualifications, those being attendance and graduation from a certified program. You wouldn't want your plumber to be prescribing Penicillin, would you? I'm a licenses acupuncturist and herbalist, and I have never had any problem getting the herbs delivered to be patients, usually within one day.
