(April 6, 2023, 9:28 pm)Wow one of the most welcoming yoga studios in Zurich! They celebrate you especially after your first Bikram class and the whole team is supportive. It’s original Bikram yoga which is a rare find nowadays! The heating reminds me of that sweltering summer day in Southeast Asia and all you can do is let go and be in the moment. Definitely challenging but absolutely rewarding. You can tell that the friendly community and professional staff have been doing this for years so you have a trusted safe space for your practice.
(February 12, 2023, 3:01 am)First time Bikram Yoga for me. I love the intro before the session and felt very well taken care of. I might go from regular Sauna to regular Bikram yoga as I love the refreshing feeling after. I defo come back. Also It's super clean.
(November 6, 2022, 4:47 pm)The best Yoga studio I have been: very good teachers, great space and a fantastic community. I tried Bikram Yoga because I practice strength-training for years and I always felt the need to balance it with flexibility and mobility though I like intensive practice so I didn't match with other yoga styles. This is the best one for me because it combines strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and cardio and every class is a challenge after which you feel like reborn. It's a great balance for other sport styles.

It gets better with every class and now after 5 weeks I notice a tremendous progress!

(October 18, 2022, 4:04 pm)Bikram yoga changes life. I started practicing Bikram yoga 3 months ago as the advertisement saying that yoga will change your life is appealing. I confirm. Bikram Yoga makes you happy. Bikram Yoga makes you calm. After 3 months of practicing, the stiffness in my neck disappeared, my skin is no longer dry as it was before, I feel that I have more energy. As for the internal changes, all the clutter of thoughts I've always had is gone, there is peace and serenity and I sleep much better 😊 The coaches are great, they motivate me to push my limits, for which I am grateful. My favorite yoga studio and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
