  Set in beautiful countryside.... Owner very helpful and we had an escort to the site. Plenty of lovely outdoor space.... You can have campfires in the fire pits. There are toilets and washing facilities although these are portable. Really lovely lake that you can fish... Back to basics... Just what camping is all about. ????

  Beautiful area to camping, lots of nice walks, opportunity to have a proper camp fire, owner is friendly, just bring mosquito repellent!

  Had a great time at this campsite. It has some lovely views and some nice walks from the campsite. You can even have camp fires if you so wish, with a guy coming round in the evening with bags of logs for sale. Worth checking out for a quick break away.

  Lovely natural feeling campsite, good basic facilities and friendly owner. Plenty of fire pits.
  The lakes are stunning as well. Only advisory for the owner is could he roll the camping field occasionally for us poor tent folk, just to iron out the ground a bit! All in all a great place.

  We were there for a private function but had use of all the facilities. Really lovely peaceful location. We took our caravan and there is no hard standing or electric hook-up if that's what you are looking for. We found the shower facilities absolutely fine for a basic camping not 5* but everything you need. We would definitely return
