  Centuries old wooden beamed restaurant/pub, comprehensive menu and easy parking due to large car park. Have a look around as it's on two floors, large with dining areas that separate themselves with the way the building is laid out. It's worth a look even if you only have a beer to see what they were building in the 13th century. Its a drive out of town away from same old-same old and all the better for it.

  Lovely pub, always great food! Gets v busy, so recommend booking up. Never had a had meal! Interior gives it a lot of character.

  This is a very nice pub and restaurant.
  They serve many different types of alcohol, and they have a nice selection of food items too, they even sell Sunday roast dinner.
  This is also a very nice place to have a drink and a bite to eat in the summer time, out in their garden area.

  Haven't been for a while. Massive error. Fantastic food. Fabulous garden. Excellent staff. Best rid eye steak in a very long time. All round brilliant. Definitely a regular from now on. Thanks
