  Bought some flooring for my lounge. Was served by a young man well mannered member staff Martin served me n supported me to put the flooring in my car. Will be back to do my kitchen.

  Recently got my flooring from floors today, and would highly recommended as great prices. They even helped load the flooring into my car and even made me a nice cup of tea whilst I was choosing my floor. Definitely will come again when I move onto the next room. Thank you to Martin/ Carl for the great customer service.

  After having a disaster at home with our carpet cleaning we made an emergency dash to Floors Today at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Was helped by Carl (Basildon) who couldn't have been more helpful and polite. We needed some laminate flooring with the earliest possible fitting date. Whilst looking at the laminate in stock, of which there was a good choice, he phoned round their fitters and amazingly got us booked in for the next day (Sunday PM). All flooring etc bought out to our car and put in for us, wonderful.
  
  Connor (fitter) arrived on Sunday PM. Extremely nice young man and he couldn't do enough. All completed and extremely happy (have done a separate review as very impressed).
  
  No complaints at all and would happily recommend both Floors Today and their fitter Connor. Thank you.

  Visited Floor Today a couple of times to choose flooring and each time I was greeted by friendly staff that were really helpful. I bought my flooring in store, they loaded my car for me. Excellent service, thank you!
