(October 27, 2018, 4:10 pm)My 1 year old loves it here . There's no entry fee and always plenty of parking spots . There's more ponies than horses but at her age she doesn't know the difference. It makes for a good short trip out of 30 minutes or so and there's a small cafe with basics too.

(September 16, 2018, 3:50 am)What a wonderful way of spending the last day of the summer holidays with the grandchildren. Its a long walk round but so worth it. The little cafe is reasonably priced abd serves lovely coffee. We'll worth a visit!

(August 23, 2018, 5:16 pm)Always love visiting here with the family. Great little cafe for tea, cakes or ice cream after we've visited the horses. I'd recommend a visit and please make a donation so that Redwings can continue their fantastic work.

(August 13, 2018, 3:07 am)A good place to take young children as the horses and donkeys are quite used to being stroked and the walk around the sanctuary isn't too long. Dogs are allowed if they are on their leads, which is brilliant for us dog owners. A picnic area is close to the shop and tea room so it's ideal if you want to take a picnic with you. A good family afternoon out that is free!
