  One of the best pub foods you will even find. Only reason not 5 stars was the prawn starter which never had good quality prawns but for the price you cant complain too much. Mains was mash and sea bass. I don't normally like mash but wanted the sea bass. To my surprise I really enjoyed the mash. I am now converted. Pudding was a slice a Bakewell tart. Nothing more to say other than amazing. Will definitely be going again. Well done guys.

  We had a lovely Roast dinner. Excellent food. Desserts too die for. Staff very helpful.

  Good food and great service. The main courses (Roast Turkey and Fish & Chips) were tasty but could have been a little hotter (although not enough of a problem to spoil enjoyment of the food). Apple and Rhubarb crumble was delicious and piping hot (but could have done with a little more custard). Good portions overall and a friendly atmosphere.

  Amazing food and selection. Waitress was lovely. Was busy but didn't wait long at all. Will definitely visit again
