I’ve been suffering with lower back pain, tight hips, quads, hams and calves. Already feeling much looser and with way less pain. First time having acupuncture and it’s a weird feeling on a tight muscle, but it clearly works. Tom explains everything and uses his iPad to show muscles and areas that need to be worked, as well as what I found a real Wow moment being given a personalised stretched program via iYoga app. Highly recommend Tom for all your aches and pains.
