She was treated professionally & politely She actually had manipulation(?) and advice on "icing treatment" & 2 home exercises. The sheet normally given to patients had run out due to a printer problem *but* would ensure 1 was sent out later this afternoon. All I can say is "Thank You!" for caring and being so professional!”
