I would give the service about 2.5 stars because the restaurant is very rigid about NOT allowing substitutions. Today I wanted to change the kind of noodle offered with a particular dish. Unsurprisingly, I was told no, and actually told to order a different dish! (which I did). Anyway, I suppose in the gastronomic wilderness that is Romford, beggars can't be choosers. Go for the food, keep coming back for the food. Try not to be bothered about the service. But to be fair, I don't think too many will even notice that.”

“Great food, the only thing I would say is they have select good foods. I've been trying new things as I go, but the chicken and waffles was amazing, the only issue I had was the waffles were just a bit too tough for me. The steaks here are also amazing, but cheaper cuts of steaks get cooked with noticeably less accurate rarity. Would definitely still go back though, over and over again.”

Service can be the only down fall as they do get busy at times and it can be slow but it is what you would expect from a sandwich shop I guess. They have a lot to choose from on the menu which can be a little overwhelming if you don't like a lot of choice.”
