“Broke down near by. Looked up nearest garage. Called them and they told me to get down to them. They were so helpful. They were clearly busy but didn't fob me off. Took my bike straight in and looked at what could be wrong. One guy thought it could be a really expensive repair and after discussing it with the other guy there and came back and had fixed my bike at a very low cost. They could have said it was anything and from how the bike sounded I would have believed them. Honest. Friendly. Well priced. If I am ever in the area again I would is them in a heart beat. “This store is good, staff helpful but look unhappy most of the time. store a bit miss mash but after working out were things are its not too bad. everyone walks at snails pace so they must be just enjoying themselves? staff at tills talk too much to customers at times and to each other. which can feel awkward if you are in a rush. have telephoned the store to see if an item is in and lucky to get a response. but overall I have found things in this store than are so much cheaper than other stores so I am overall happy. one last thing. parking! this is a bit of an issue with people double parking or being so close to your vehicle. .”
