I have had so much help with everything for many months from assistant manager Matt- can’t thank you enough. If you’re getting anything for your tank or koi this is the store! Unbeatable service!!!!! I bought a UV light from the store and accidentally broke it when fitting it. I was very stressed but Matt and Alan very kindly fixed this. Any other place wouldn’t have been able or willing to do this! I thought I would have had to buy a replacement but that wasn’t their focus as instead of making me buy another, they spent ages helping me and repaired it for me. In all my shopping experience this has been the best by far. This level of service is refreshing. The quality of the koi is amazing too. Thank you once again Matt!!”

I was getting compliments on the colour and how natural it looked even before the top up appointment, so I'm really looking forward to seeing the final result.”
