  I took my two year old and the barber was so patient, encouraging and kind. He did a fantastic job and my little boy didn't cry once. They honestly did a better job that the dedicated children's salon we previously use.

  New owners, amazing cuts by charlie and his team. Will not go anywhere else for my boys hair, highly recommended

  Clean, friendly barbers who are good with kids and adults with 'jungle boy' hair.
  
  I've been coming here for the last 2 years or so and since it's been under new management I feel it has improved.
  
  The shop itself hasn't changed much but the new guys there did a brilliant job with my hair. Mine is thick, unkept with wavy curls and I do not maintain it (I don't own a comb) yet he managed to tame it and I now look human again. They are friendly, polite and know how to hold a conversation.
  
  There were two working there on the Saturday morning I went and I only had to wait 15- 20 minutes for my turn whilst they dealt with a gentleman and his two sons.
  
  You can get a decent phone signal in there, there's plenty of comfortable seating and up-to-date reading material. There's lots of free parking opposite and adjacent to the shop and some down the alleyway next to it.
  
  A previous reviewer seems to have had some gripe with this place which is fair enough but when I looked at his other reviews he has only ever given two reviews, both of which are 1-stars without giving much insight into why he gave the one star. So if you're put off by his review don't be.
