  I have run a residential property company since 1966 and I found Valentine Jr Obamwonyi to be a most engaging and pleasant person. He is also very good at his job successfully getting a most difficult lease extension and flat sale to a completion which involved all his negotiation skills in resolving the difficulties. On another property letting he found a very suitable tenant having completely understood our requirements. I wish him and his company well.

  A professional service with immense attention to detail. They were very helpful to me as i had a lot of difficult requirements and needed to move as soon as possible.   There’s never been a void room. Therefore we have never had disruption to our rent.
  They have managed to get the tenants to pay an increased rent
  The property has always been in good order with the agent liaising with us whenever a maintenance issue occurred.
  All tenant disputes have been resolved amicably
  They have successfully managed to get surveyors in for important valuations whenever requested to.
  The management fees have never increased
