(November 7, 2018, 6:01 am)Great NHS surgery. I moved into the area and registered. I thought that waiting over 20 minutes for a booked appointment and rude receptionists was a standard thing in any surgery.
Definitely not at Balham Park, very good practise and high standard, always running on time and friendly. Keep up the good work guys, gals, nurses and doctors. -

(July 21, 2018, 6:28 am)Update: Had a recent bad experience with a very unhelpful and discourteous person on the phone called R. Refused to listen to the urgency of the problem, kept insisting and interrupting and sent a text to book a telephone appointment at 11 pm (at night) 3 weeks from day of call, refused to give a more considered time slot. BUT after lodging a complaint was contacted immediately by the managing partner of the surgery who was most helpful in both immediately resolving the issue as well as addressing the cause of the problem. I was able to meet a very good good doctor the next day. Faith restored. Thank you very much.
