I love celebrating the end of Monday by teaching yoga in this beautiful studio. It catches the changing evening light so wonderfully, you just can’t help but relax and let go.

Karen Skehel has wonderful mastermind skills, providing safe structure for overcoming difficulties. During my time in Karen's Mastermind, I have broken goals into doable steps, created a new course, acknowledged my needs, asked for what I needed, created contracts with my business partners and become more patient with myself. I take away new skills for navigating my life whether or not I have asked a question.

It's a wonderful little place. Modern, clean and Karen who owns and runs it is simply amazing. I attend her meditation sessions there and they have helped me massively - I feel more relaxed and generally happier. Recommended.
