  A beautiful urban park with a boating pond, football pods, riverside walks, crazy golf and various play ground for the kids. The recently added "Go Ape" is pricey but there is lots to do in the park without spending money

  Battersea Park contrasts with other inner London Parks. It is provisioned with free public toilets, cafeterias and car parks. I would especially recommend it for families with children. There are children play areas and facilities in addition to a children's zoo. One could fill a book as to why this park is well worth a visit. Finally, if you are not local and don't own a car, there are two railway stations close by in addition to the numerous Tfl bus services.

  5 entrances, all wheelchair accessible. The most direct access to the park is via Alexandra Gate, which is located in south. OK for families. Few pretty places to grab a bite. Visitors should not forget to see Battersea Power Station, which is walking distance from the park.

  Lovely park in South London. Very large and well maintained. Parking available and places to eat or snack. Nice park to run, jog, cycle or skate

  London Parks are an absolute delight for
  locals and tourists alike. This one, south of
  the river, is as good as it gets. Pretty much
  has it all. Easy access. Great for families,
  relaxing, picnics and fun. Beautiful trees,
  shrubs, and colours.
