I have been using this practise or 8 years. the staff are always polite and extremely helpful. which is just whats needed.
Most people usually moan about their doctors surgery, but I can not be more thankful to mine.... At around 5:30pm on Monday, I took my daughter to Erith Urgent Care Centre only to be turned away, with them informing me that they were to busy to take anymore patients and would not be opening their doors again that night (only a handful of cars in the car park & they are supposed to be open until 10pm), so by chance I popped into the surgery, explained the problem & was seen straight away! I cannot express how grateful I am to all of the staff for their help, care and compassion xx
