Lovely country park with a river to follow and an almost parallel working canal with mobile lived in barges along a wonderful towpath. In the same grounds is the Lea Valley White Water Centre which was apparently used for the London Olympics which also has a nice cafe. Well work a lovely long walk in any weather.
Beautiful area for a walk or cycle ride. The cafè is excellent with plenty of choice at the white water rafting centre.

Great place for water rafting, not far from North London. You can try your skills in canoeing , kayaking or just do the water paddling for all the family. Visiting the place will make you shiver to only watch how others performing on fast moving water. Its a great place for all with bar and cafe. Place for children play . All well organized . Definitely unforgettable day and experience if you choose to try your skills.
Really pleasant environment with lots of activities on offer. Good for all ages. But also good because it encourages outdoor activities. Many areas wheel chair accessible.
Lovely area, you can take a walk along the river and there's plenty to see. The park is nice as well, it's huge so it's a good idea to have some kind of plan as to where you want to go otherwise you could get lost. There's also a really nice cafe with a soft play area and loads of stuff outside for the kids and it makes a good rest spot if you've been walking for a long time.
