I've been using this company for almost 15 years. Great quality carpets for very reasonable prices.
I bought my laminate flooring from here, had a guy called Lee come and fit it. He done such a great job and was clean and tidy which is always welcomed when it comes to having workmen in. Also the service from Kofi in store was impeccable. I’d recommend to everyone to check out carpet world, top quality and A* service. A must visit for anyone looking to renew or upgrade their floors.
Excellent fitters who work all over
This is a rating for Carpet World, the fitters are not employed by Carpet World so cannot be judged at the same time. Saying that, Carpet World were able to arrange fitters for us at convenient times. We had two separate jobs done. They provided samples so that we could check the carpet in our home, and gave good advice. They provided a personal measuring service to ensure that we only had to buy the right amount of carpet. Kofi was very versatile dealing with appointments, and always gave accurate times for the fitters to turn up. A very professional service. Kofi in particular.
