  John from roosters has been amazing with helping me get my 250 back together. After deciding to customise my bike and make it mine, I soon realised that sometimes it'a just better to get someone with a better understanding of things on the case.
  
  John is amazing and is going well out of his way to work on my bike, More then happy with the price I am paying and more then happy with the great service.
  
  Don't hesitate to call John, especially if you want to bounce creative ideas back and forward because he always has the time.

  I found Roosters after searching for a Herald dealer on Google. I ended up fulfilling a life long dream of owning a one off custom bike. Roosters specialise in awesome customs at staggeringly good prices! My bike is a Herald that has been transformed into a vintage desert scrambler. Where I could have sourced a GN250 at a not insignificant cost, paid to have it put in good mechanical order, paid more to have it customised and carried on paying to keep it working, instead I have a brand new Herald 250 (same engine and frame as the GN250 with over £1300 of upgrades added by Herald before it leaves their showroom) with a 2 year warranty that looks like it belongs in an art gallery. In my 20+ years of biking I've never met such a lovely and immensely skilled engineer as John at Roosters. Could not be more happy and grateful for the build he's completed for me and the awesome service he's given me along the way. Not enough stars to rate Roosters!!

  Five Stars - Had a warranty issue with my Herald bike and needed it sorted asap - John bent over backwards to help at the drop of a hat - and he did so with great service and an admirable professionalism. Found the root cause and fixed issues he wasn't prepared for. All this while giving great advice on how to look after my bike - and life in general. This will now be the only place I go, and I can not recommend him highly enough. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
